Book Legacy Studio – A Cinematic Space for Creators
Legacy Studio is a fully equipped creative space in El Paso, TX designed for podcasts, interviews, music content, product promos, and branded visuals. Whether you need a single camera setup or a full production crew, Legacy Studio offers flexibility, gear, and a premium vibe for creators who take their visuals seriously.

Rental Rates:
Studio Rental – Standard Setup
$75/hour
Includes 1 camera setup, lighting, and audio equipment.
Studio Rental – Multi-Cam Setup
$150/hour
Includes 2–3 cameras, lighting, mic setup, and switching system (for podcasts or dynamic shoots).
Half-Day Rate (up to 4 hours)
$400 standard / $600 multi-cam
Full-Day Rate (up to 8 hours)
$700 standard / $1,000 multi-cam

Add-Ons (Flat Rate Per Session):

Bartender (2 hrs) – $100
Production Assistant – $100
Podcast Engineer – $150
Wireless Mic Kits (up to 4) – $50
Table, chairs, stools setup – Included
Cleaning fee (if excessive mess is left) – $50

Note: A 20% retainer is required to confirm your studio rental. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the shoot.

Rules:

No smoking inside the studio
Max 6 people unless approved
All rentals require a signed agreement and a 20% non-refundable retainer to secure the date and reserve studio time.
Bring your own SD card. Rental is available for $50 per day. Lost SD cards will incur a $150 replacement charge.
Any scheduled guests, talent, or collaborators must arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period applies. Late arrivals beyond this window may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.

Booking & Deposits
To reserve services or studio time, a 20% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. This amount guarantees your spot on our schedule and initiates pre-production planning. The remaining balance is due by the day of the shoot. Without the retainer, no dates will be held.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
If canceled more than 72 hours in advance, the deposit can be applied to a future booking.
If canceled within 72 hours, deposit is forfeited.
If client is a no-show or cancels the day of the shoot, full payment is still due.

Turnaround & Delivery
Edited videos are delivered within 7–10 business days unless expedited service is requested (+$150).
Revisions are offered per package. Additional revisions are $75 per video.

Studio Use
Legacy Studio bookings include access to the space, lights, and audio gear.
Rental clients are responsible for damaged equipment or property.
A $50 cleaning fee may be charged for excessive mess or misuse.

Travel & On-Location Shoots
Travel within El Paso is included.
Outside of El Paso: $0.65/mile or negotiated day rate + hotel (if overnight).

Creative Ownership
Clients retain full usage rights for delivered content.
Lamont Jackson/Legacy Studio retains rights to showcase any work for promotional or portfolio use unless otherwise specified in writing.

Podcast-Specific Addendum
Podcast editing, multi-cam switching, or mobile production is billed separately.
Use of Lamont’s cameras or podcast engineer is optional and priced per session.

Late Arrival Policy
For all bookings, we allow a 15-minute grace period for all clients, collaborators, or talent involved in the shoot. If anyone arrives later than this, the session may be canceled and the deposit forfeited.
If Legacy Studio staff are at fault for delays, your retainer will be refunded in full. Mutual respect for time is expected from all parties.

SD Card Policy
Clients must bring their own SD card for raw footage delivery. If unavailable, SD cards may be rented for $50 per day. Lost or damaged rented cards will incur a $150 replacement fee.
